Foam Conversion manufacture a wide range of 'specialist' and technical foam products, parts and components encompassing a myriad of industries.

Foam Rollers

We have particular manufacturing expertise in producing foam rollers for various market applications. For example, felted foam rollers used as ink rollers are manufactured onsite by process grinding techniques. Other fine-pore foams are converted into optical buffing rollers for polishing optical lenses. Reticulated foam rollers are manufactured in-house for filtering air, water and oil. Solid foam rollers are manufactured for use in manufacturing and production line conveyers. Please contact us should you have a requirement for foam rollers or multiple replacement roller parts.

Buffing & Polishing Pads

Foam Conversion manufacture a wide variety of foam buffing and polishing pads. These range from large diameter (c. 500mm) foam pads used for industrial floor cleaners, down to smaller diameter (c. 50mm) foam pads and buffers used in the automotive market by OEM car manufacturers and in the auto aftermarket sectors of accident repair, valeting and cleaning.
