Bespoke Printed Windshields

Uniquely in the UK, Foam Conversion has the expertise to offer both bespoke mic windshield manufacturing and high-quality windshield & muffler printing.

We can recommend an appropriate superior grade windshield foam to ensure residual noise is eliminated. A mic cover can be manufactured to virtually any 3D shape, from small tie-clip microphones up to large shotgun mic's we are able to custom-manufacture your windshield to the exact size and shape you require. We are able to offer cylindrical, 3-sided and 4-sided windshields to optimise the exposure of you logo or printed image.

A high-quality printed windshield will help to promote your company logo and branding when used in public or via broadcast media such as TV, Radio, and the Internet. We specialise in windshield colouring and flocking (a flocked windshield / muffler gives it a brushed velvet professional colour finish), and can print on plain or flocked foam surfaces.
